Returns

Because our products are made to order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, color choices, or change of mind. Please make sure to check the size guide and product details before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and the problem

Once we review your request, we will either:

Send a replacement, or
Provide a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
